Saturday 13 th May was a special day for Second Class in Fossa School . The children turned out in all their finery to receive the Sacrament of First Holy Communion .
Thank you to Mr Culloty , Joanne ,Caroline and Mary for all their hard work in preparing the children over the last months . The prayers and songs were pitch perfect and the artwork was outstanding .
Miss Dromey ‘ s choir sang beautifully and Miss Kelliher and Mikey provided musical accompaniment in style .
We are most grateful to Fr Geaney for the lovely mass .
Also to the Parents Association for putting on such a fabulous party for the children and parents in the Community Centre .
It was a day the children will never forget .
